Plain terms for a small product. Using Fervani means agreeing to these.
What Fervani does
You give it the address of a public web page. It opens that page in a real browser, measures how it loads, reads the copy, and returns a score out of 100 with specific issues and suggested rewrites. The analysis is produced by an AI model.
The score is an opinion, not a fact
Scores and recommendations are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are a starting point for your own judgement, not a guarantee of results. Nothing here promises more traffic, more conversions, or more revenue. Check any change against your own data before relying on it.
Pages you may submit
Submit pages you own, or public pages you have a legitimate reason to review — a competitor's homepage is fair; someone's private dashboard is not. Do not use Fervani to load pages you have been asked to stay away from, to work around access controls, or to send automated traffic at a site.
Fervani reads only what any visitor already sees. It does not sign in or submit forms, and it refuses addresses that resolve to private networks.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. The free plan includes a limited number of audits per day; the limit resets at midnight UTC. Working around that limit, or automating requests against the service, is grounds for closing the account.
Report links
Finished reports are reachable by a long random link without signing in, so they can be shared. That link is the only protection — treat it as a secret, and think before sharing a report on a private page. This is explained further in the privacy page.
Availability
Fervani is an early product run by one person. There is no uptime guarantee, audits may fail, and features may change or disappear. It is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind.
Ending it
You can stop using Fervani whenever you like and ask for your data to be removed — see the privacy page. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or these terms.
